Good Afternoon Gods and Goddesses,

We are on our third day and it's getting serious right?  I think it's vital that we talk about SEX and it's benefits.

Today we will discuss the benefits of sounds during sex and I may even throw in a little masturbation.

Make sure after this challenge to use the hashtags.  I want to know what you learned.  Let the world know.

The third anchor of our challenge is Sex

Sex is not only pleasurable but it's good for you.

But Goddess WTF do you mean?

                  Sex and Sounds

So, are you a dramatic person in your daily life?  Are you what they call "EXTRA"?  lol

While you may  be a loud,  and a dramatic person in real life, most of us get really awkward when it comes to making sounds in bed.

You’re not really sure if loud is okay,

Should you moan?

Make other sounds?

Say words?

We could really use some guidance here. Don’t worry, I am here to help.

First of all, fuck the silence. Your moans could mean both of you get more aroused, and sex time is that much more amped up. This is your guide to why you need to speak up in the bedroom. No, please put the mic down, not that kind of speaking up. Moans, how to do that and why.

Communicating during sex can actually let the person know what pleases you the most, acting like a map. Don’t just lie there wanting them to be EXTRA. Say it!

ELEVATE YOUR PLEASURE

Once you’re there, breathe through your mouth and moan out loud in full intensity. Moaning in the bedroom can actually help arousal. It makes your orgasms more explosive, and longer. Which means you’ll probably have to sound-proof your room, but it’s totally worth it.

Boost their Self -Esteem, Get to know each others  body.

Your moans of lust will encourage your partner to be more expressive in bed too. This will help you to understand each other better physically. Which means your sex life will escalate to a whole new level, with a better intimacy and lower inhibitions between the sheets.

Masturbation My Favorite

When you have an orgasm, your body releases endorphins. These natural chemicals block pain receptors in your brain and can make you feel happier. And we all know what it feels like to have a good Orgasm and just feel relaxed and either ready for bed or ready to get your day started.

Masturbation is known to have health benefits such as relieving menstrual cramps and muscle tension, strengthening the pelvic and anal area, and better sleep.

Masturbation is also beneficial if you need a release of sexual tension, an increase in libido (sexual desire), and to reduce stress, while improving your body image and self-esteem.

But that’s not all…

Masturbation reveals how you like to feel pleasure. Since you are guiding yourself around your own vagina or penis, you can discover where you like to be touched,  or how you like to be touched or stroked, with how much pressure, in what position, and for how long! This not only will make it easier for you to achieve orgasms in the future, but also when you are with a partner!

Masturbation can offer many of the same benefits as sex, but also has its own advantages, including:

  • enhanced sex between partners

  • understanding your own body

  • increased ability for orgasms

  • boosted self-esteem and body image

  • increased sexual satisfaction

  • treatment for sexual dysfunction

Masturbation, in essence, is an expression of self-love!

Let's Play with it

             Sex and Mental Health

Sexual activity, with a partner or through masturbation, can provide important psychological and emotional benefits. Like exercise, sex can help reduce stress and anxiety and increase happiness.

StudiesTrusted Source
suggest that sexual activity (defined as PVI) may correlate with:

  • increased satisfaction with your mental health

  • increased levels of trust, intimacy, and love in your relationships

  • improved ability to perceive, identify, and express emotions

  • lessened use of your immature psychological defense mechanism, or the mental processes to reduce distress from emotional conflict

At an older age, sexual activity may affect your well-being and ability to think. Research found that sexually active adults between 50 to 90 years old had better memory. They were also less likely to feel depressed and lonely.

Sex helps with Good Mental Health

Leads to Better Sleep

Sex also improves how you sleep. It’s very common to fall asleep after sex because your body releases prolactin, a hormone that helps you feel rested and relaxed. The orgasm also releases oxytocin, a hormone that promotes sleep. Since a lack of sleep can worsen a mental health disorder, or increase your risk for developing one, better sleep promotes a healthier, more refreshed you.

Makes you happy

The cuddling and physical intimacy of sex also gives a boost to your happiness. Endorphins are one of the many chemicals released in the brain during sex. Endorphins are the neurotransmitters associated with the feeling of happiness, causing your mood to brighten overall as it helps lift depression.
